[Client]Client not responding on loading screen into game

Alright so this has been going on for THREE DAYS now and I really would like to play this game I've put so much money in to. I can log in and go through champ select but what happens after that is where the issue is. The loading screen gives me the firewall message and tells me I ant connect... That's not the only thing though. When I tab out to tell it retry or even cancel (to go back to the reconnect screen) it just black screens me. I cant click anything or open other windows because the client has stopped responding. Is there a way to fix this? I've already tried reinstalling. I'm running Windows 8.1 if that means anything. Would appreciate any help if possible.
