The game doesnt help

Ok so i have noticed this through out the years! Whenever you hit a losing streak it keeps you into a losing streak. It puts you in teams that are literally doing everything they can to make the game worse. I by no means am a good player but when you have a game that puts you into teams that are stickly losing. for example i hit a 10 game losing streak but not one of those games could of been winable even when im doing my best for that team. Why is it that when a win streak happens the system puts you with those who are also in the same way. it doesnt make sense its not balanced i just want this answered
