[CLIENT] Game fails to load at 100%

I just had a game where the loading screen was stuck at 100%, I have heard of this hearing to other people but this is the second or third time I've experienced this and usually I can close the game quick and reload to fix it. However this is the first time I got marked as AFK because the reconnect button didn't come back and was stuck on"Game in progress". in my 9 years of playing league I have NEVER been afk in a game or done anything bad, this is devastating for me as I take pride in my attitude and clean account. I've seen multiple reports of this bug with seemingly no functional solution or response. Has this been addressed at all by riot?
