[Gameplay] Ekko's new interaction between Parallel Convergence (W) and Chronobreak (R) doesn't work

I tried to combo this several times throughout the video but the only obvious time it should have worked is at 18:20 where Nunu finds me in the jungle. We are trading in a bush and I throw down my W and wait for my ULT clone to catch up and the Parallel Convergence clearly goes off after the ULT does not at the same time.

I have had other people tell me this isn't working also.

Alright I was super confused on ekkos "time-break" change as well. Essentially it doesn't mean youll activate the stun early, it simply means if the dome is ready to be activated and you are on one side and the ult is on the other it will cause the stun to go off.

Ekko--------------------Dome-------------------ult

Up above means you'll pass through the dome on the way back to your ult and if the dome is activatable (so after the 3 sec wait time) it will apply the stun and you'll get the shield.
