LOL going to reconnect screen after champ select[CLIENT]

I was playing the game fine today until about 1:00, when I tried to queue into another ranked game and after the champ selection, got moved to the reconnect screen. I thought it was a wifi problem, but after spamming reconnect, nothing happened. I restarted my wifi and tried to go into another game only for the same thing to happen. The problem has persisted to now, so that anytime I try to queue into anything (including practice) it just automatically puts me into the reconnect screen after the champ selection.

I've already uninstalled my antivirus, configured DNS, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I also tried the hextech repair tool, but for some reason it just shows a white screen and I can't actually use it.

I didn't update or do anything between games, it just started happening all of a sudden. I've been researching for several hours online and have also submited a support ticket, but nothing has fixed the issue
