Gragas Stun Bug [GAMEPLAY]

So I do not have many details at all but in back-to-back games playing Gragas my E (stun) went THROUGH enemy champions. This was not me missing the charge, I literally went through the enemy champion. In one game it was vs Lulu, the other vs a Blitz. Not really sure what happened.
