possible bug in my last match

so i just got out of a nromals, and had some suspicious events, so im not sure if it was a bug or if i was just being cheated, but every time i was displaced by either the other teams xin zhao or draven about 1-2 seconds later i would be unable to move, i would have the animation although very slow animation, but i would sit in place at their mercy. it seems and have some issues
