Karthus passive/Lay Waste problems

Long story short, when Karthus defies death and tries to spam his Q you end up hitting the button 10 times per second without anything happening. You only get like 2 or 3 Skittles in 7 seconds (!)

The thing is that you loose a lot more teamfights or cant properly get revenge on the guy who killed you. this has been a problem for quite a while now but considering Karthus is not THAT popular nobody might have noticed (except for karthus mains like me) i've seen other people notie the same problem, and i'd really appreciate it if a Riot Employee told me they noticed this. It's all i wanted to know

while we're at it, i think i noticed something in an ARAM When Elise uses her E and her spiderlings fall down on Gragas' barrel they get stuck the same way minions are trapped under Jarvan's Flag. Just wanted to share that experience.
