[GAMEPLAY] Thresh Flay Passive

(Sorry I don't have any screenshots right now)

So the game is loading in, and I'm on , and because I'm impatient, I start spamming CTRL+E because I know I want to level my Flay first. I get into the game and the first thing I see is my flay go off, I don't think too much of it because the cooldown is short and I'm already on fountain so the mana will come back before we can leave. I help our with a leash and head into lane, which is when I notice my flay indicator missing for my passive. I figure that's the extent of the bug and that I'll just have to guesstimate but when I actually start auto attacking, my flay isn't giving bonus magic damage. I figure this bug might fix itself if I die, but because I'm a good support, I don't die til about 7-10 minutes in. Now by this time I'm a little flustered, but I haven't said anything about it, but when I respawn, I see it's still not there, at this point I'm genuinely mad and I point it out in chat. Anyways the whole game I'm not getting my bonus magic damage on hit which I personally feel would have been the difference between winning and losing. Anyways I'm more than a little flustered so if you guys could just look into this issue, that would help me a great deal.
