Vi Q still going out...

Vi uses her Q CONSTANTLY. Yet it is consistently going out in game making playing her for the rest of the match very frustrating. It goes out in ARAM and summoners rift as far as I have experienced. Its usually when I die charging my Q up that I can't use it for the rest of the game. I have seen numerous posts on this subject and nothing is to be done about it. I will not play Vi until this is fixed. This includes ARAMs so have fun banning me for games I dodge due to Vi, Riot.
