Spells Not Casting??

So for about 2 and a half months, I have encountered an issue in league. In games, I cannot use the keys "Q, W, E, and R" to cast spells or any other keys for that matter. It has extremely affected my game play. Ex. Going 1/16/7 and 1/12/2 instead of how i can normally play and go somewhere around 15/9/5 and so on. I have tried unplugging my keyboard, plugging it into another port, Leaving the match and rejoining, uninstalling league and re-installing, and so on. I am not sure why this is happening, or if anyone else is having this issue. I would like to get a little information on why this might be happening and if there is a solution to this. I am not sure if it is a bug in the game or my keyboard or what, but i would like to be able to figure out why this is happening and do what i can to fix it. Thanks for help or tips on this. check your key bindings maybe? or if you know you can't cast spells why are you still trying to play games? xD i know this kinda sounds dumb but until you figure out what's causing this/fix it you should only test on custom games by yourself its not fair to the other people on your team if you know you're having this issue and essentially throwing games
