Cant upgrade LOL client

When i prees upgrade to open beta lol client it just shows that you can play practice tool on new client and thats all. i cant press that buttont where is says upgrade now. What should i do?

I have the same problem. I am searching for a link because i cant find the ''download new client'' button. Hope a rioter responds to this...
