Twisted Treeline Loading Screen Crash?

I was in champ select for Twisted Treeline ranked flex and a teammate chose Malzahar. I was curious when I hovered over Malzahars icon (it said click for champion details or whatever) and when I clicked, my client crashed. I reconnected only to be welcomed with a 30 minute wait timer. What?

I only left one time this morning in ranked solo/duo because of a troll in champ select (only dodge games in ranked; its because of trolls)

1. Champ select TT ranked flex

2. hover over champion tile on ally/self and click details

3. try to exit the champion details (its the screen that shows abilities, lore, and tips/warnings on the left side)
