[GAMEPLAY] [BUG] Champion vs. Monsters - Collision checks fail

I hav had numerous occasions, where, in a game, suddenly the collision check with monsters fail - e.g. I want to get the Red Buff, try to E to gap-close on my Xin Zhao, or use Smit, but when targeting, the tooltip says, that this is not an eligible target of sorts.

When I say the collision check fails, i mean, that i can move into the monsters hitbox and out of it, without being able to do anything, not even AA it.

This only happens vs. monsters, i can engage champs or minions normally.

Of course, this is really bad, bc i am unable to progress as jungler, and the issue sometimes lasts several minutes, up to half of the game.
