Darkened screen in Champ select. Cost me LP.

Decided I wanted to play ranked this morning after the patch and was greeted with first pick. Not only was I greeted with first pick, but was greeted with a darkened screen; unable to do anything. I couldn't ban, I couldn't type and I could not choose a champion. I mean, it's only 3 lp and a 6 minute timeout, but still. I lost that LP due to a riot bug and really think it should be reversed and fixed. I could not even close my client regularly and was forced to Alt F4 it.
