DOES ANYONE ELSE CHAMP GLITCH AROUND CONSTANTLY??? PLZ HELP

In the video it shows you what happens constantly throughout the game, I main adc and this can be a problem for positioning with me, due to the fact im not really sure where I am. If you have a solution please help.
