Various client problems

Problems I have experienced in last 24h:

1. Unable to select pick intent champ in new champ select
2. Unable to ban a champ in new champ select
3. Unable to select a champion in new champ select
4. Unable to leave the queue by pressing 'x'
5. Randomly popping 'unknown error has occured'.
6. Unable to select secondary role in new champ select queue

In cases of 1-3, I dodged the game. Though, sometimes I did not lose LP which is because other players were having similar problems and dodged before my turn to pick/ban.
