Loot: Open chest and glitched then nothing happens?

hey all, so just to report what has happened to me and I'm quite upset about it but after winning a games with my mates and getting an s on a champ I haven't gotten a chest on I hopped on over to my loot to open my new found chest, after clicking open nothing more happed it just stood there on a blank screen, so I went to the client's home screen then clicked on loot to see what I got well after doing so my chest was gone and nothing new appeared in my skins or champ area nothing changed so now I'm here wondering rito what happened?????? is this something that happenes a lot and if so what about people that spent rp on chests and this happening can someone help fix this (I want to get my dang dragon slayer braum skin I just needed one more junk skin Q.Q)
