A chest I acquired this season has not shown up in my loot

[CLIENT] After receiving an S- with Heimerdinger in my most recent matches, I have still not received a crate. On my profile it still shows that I can still obtain 4 chests, and when I hover over Heimer it says "chest acquired", however I still have nothing. Is anyone else having this issue? D:
