[CLIENT] No ready button in Team Builder

I joined a team builder lobby after getting an invite from my buddy, and after a full team was assembled, I noticed there was no "ready" button for me to push. Therefore we couldn't start the game and all that jazz. I could see other people readying up and all, but there wasn't a way for me to actually ready up. I'm not sure how to reproduce this, it hasn't happened again and after bailing from the lobby and joining a new one it was fixed.
