ARAM Searching for match for 17+ minutes??

So I have a LeaverBuster for 20 minutes. I went through the queue and began searching for a an ARAM match. It has now been over 17 minutes since it started searching for a match. It says the approximate time is 0:53. I don't want to quit and research because then I have to wait 20 minutes again. Is this a bug? I played an ARAM game perfectly fine just a little while ago. Please help!
