Remake not possible

We had support Alistar who bought this new rune which gives you a biscuit as starting item. This guy got disconnected and we all saw the message "he has left the game". We tried to remake after 3:00 minutes but it was not possible, probably because that he had already these biscuits. We lost 19 points for no reason...
