My runes are screwing with me please help

I have 7 of mark of penetration and it wont let me buy any more in the store because it thinks I have 9. I don't know of a way around this has anyone seen or solved this problem? I put this in report a bug because I think that is what it is.

Just wait for the ticket to get answered. I had an issue where the store gave me 2x the runes I purchased one time, and I ended up with 12 of the same rune. I put in a ticket, and they let me keep the extra runes I got, while removing 3 to put me down to 9.
