clairvoyance and clarity summoner spells still viewable

When you're inside champion select the summoner spells clairvoyance and clarity are removed from several patches ago, but when you're in the crystal scar(dominion) champ select, they were still available. Since dominion is already removed from the game along with the crystal scar map, the spells should be removed right?, but when you go on your profile page, then go to the spells section, those 2 spells(that don't exist anymore, not on any maps) are STILL THERE.
