[Missions & Match History] What to do when missions don't work but still expire

(Mostly aimed at Riot) Hello, sorry to bother you, but I feel like this should be handled soon and better than it is now. As the client says, missions are down and Match History is delayed. EUNE player here. Yesterday I played some games and completed most missions. However, I received absolutely no rewards either from FWotD or Event Missions. It didn't show match history either, but it appeared now. The missions are over now and despite me completing them yesterday in the due deadline, I have neither rewards nor some feedback if yesterday even counted to wards the missions, since it doesn't show progress in the active missions and it doesn't show yesterday's missions as completed. Is there any way I can get the due rewards (blue essence and event orbs), for example by submitting the match history, that appeared today, somewhere? If so, where? Do missions even count now? Perhaps you should open all missions for a while when the bugs are resolved if we're not getting our justly won rewards. I know it's a game, but I take not getting what I earned really bad. For people with limited access to the internet this is still very annoying to hurtful. Would appreciate a fast answer as my connection would end soon. Thanks in advance

(For players) Has anyone attempted to request the rewards? Where? Anyone has the same problem or did it work out for you?
