Fizz ult ignores untargetable
I went on an Elise kick for awhile and every time I went against a Fizz, at some point he would ult me and I would, naturally, rappel to avoid the damage. I was surprised to find that the damage goes straight through rappel. This happened many times and my timing with rappel did not affect it. At first I thought this was a bug with Elise's rappel and submitted a bug report. However, I recently went on a Zed kick and, lo and behold, discovered that Fizz' ult damages Zed while he is ulting and untargetable. I replicated both Elise and Zed untargetable-taking-damage several times, no way it was a fluke, and have come to the conclusion that Fizz' ult is the problem, not the untargetables. The link I am including shows that Fizz' ult used to be dodgeable, with certainty. You can simply YouTube "Fizz ult dodge" and find numerous examples of similar dodges.
I brought this up on Reddit and got responses like, "untargetable doesn't avoid AoE" or even "Fizz ult is DoT so you can't dodge with untargetable because it is already attached", the first of which is true and the second of which is nonsense. Obviously, the ult was capable of being dodged at some point (and I have certainly done it in the past, but I don't record my games or anything so I can't prove it), so it is not a DoT, despite dealing 3 true damage over its duration before the shark.
The League wiki even states that Fizz' ult can be dodged. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Untargetable
Riot, please address this. It's insanely annoying, especially on such a high-damage ability that, thematically, should be dodgeable.
or just remove that stupid fucking fish
