[GAMEPLAY] ARAM Orianna Ball Bug

I played a game on Orianna in ARAM tonight in which everything ran smoothly until the first time I died after using ult... I respawned WITHOUT THE BALL... D: I asked my team in chat if they could see it and they also said it was invisible. It was ONLY visible if I had pressed E onto a friendly champ to shield them and even then it only magically appeared on top of them. I could not see it with Q and even worse, I couldn't even press E to shield myself unless I had shielded another person first! I could see the W particles to "find" it, but being unable to shield myself or anyone see the ball if I Q... oof...

Unfortunately I couldn't take any screenshots :( But I will say the bug seems to be repeatable if you play on Howling Abyss map and die after using ult. Also important, I was playing with the Winter Wonderland Orianna skin. I hope this helps find game breaking bug! D:
