cannot create a new account

i created a brand new email to create this account because my other emails where linked to accs already, im having truble setting up a new account to compleate the pre level 15 mission (would find a new guy but who wants that hassle) and i was going to help a few friends with there missions also... however i ran into a problem... one that is less about me not having a smurf and more about not being able to create a new account, witch might turn away acual new players if it happens to them... so i get to the signup page enter my email then click the "start" buttion below, then the page flickers like it wants to do something then nothing happens... so i cannot create a new account because the page wont load the next page, could this be a firewall problem, or maybe an add block problem? ima try that since i just thought about it then come back to this post...not add block and im not puting down my firewall for this... im on google crome and i had the same problems on my explorer and phone, so idk why i thought it would be my firewall/addblocker... ive tried alot of work arounds at this point even going as far as using another comp... witch i found was a work around that finnaly worked i hope this helps others with the same problem but also rioto fix plz i shouldnt need to go to a friends house to create an account i wonder how many posible players we lost to this
