Cassiopeia W Visual Bug

Pretty sure this is the Desperado skin.... For whatever reason Cassopeia's W ability wasn't showing up. When I asked who else was unable to see the ability, everyone was able to see it except for me and Ashe. I took a video of it... it goes on for a while the bug is first shown about 30 seconds in, sorry for the bad quality.
