[Gameplay] Yorick's Omen of Famine(E)

When playing Yorick(a great champion) sometimes the Omen of Famine is produced very far from where it is suppose to land. The omen of Famine is not a skill shot of any kind and yet when pressed onto a enemy champion sometimes it is very far from the enemy champion. This is a bug that needs to be fixed in my opinion. I would fix this problem on simply just not letting the Omen of Famine to be farther from the opponet champion than it really should.
