Skins not working...

For several games in a row now, my skins have not been showing up. I've tried un-selecting and re-selecting them, and it hasn't done anything. I've noticed this happen quite a bit for me and a few of my friends, and it's really annoying. I spent my money on the skins and I'd like to use them...
