Bug report ( Talon Q damage with Deathfire Torch

Hi, I have to report a bug, when I was playing talon and had Deathfire Torch in my mastery, my Q didn't apply its damage over time effect. However, when playing with fizz or brand, it does apply(Fizz W, Brand passive). Since they are all damage over time, Deathfire Torch should apply to talon's Q ability too.
