Mordekaiser W bug.

Between myself and a friend we've played a few games in the past few days as Morde and his W is not casting properly. Instead of going to the targeted ally champion it ALWAYS goes to the nearest allied champion instead. Tried casting it on many different champions and it just goes to the closest instead. The games We've played with him though have only been on Howling Abyss, however. I don't have enough people on hand to test it on a custom Summoner's Rift and I'm not willing to kill some randoms's game by using a bugged out champion.
