Jinx cause DC

every time there is a Jinx in my game i somehow Dc but Im still in the game,

1: minions dont die there HP bar is gone but they still attacking, 2: i can move freely like normal, champions i haven't seen (Before my game freezes) will be invisible and my HP bar will go down ( cause they attacking me and and cant see it ) 3: when i click to use abilities my MANA bar goes down but my character does nothing 4: if im a champ that can jump or dash etc, my character wont do the jump animation it will use its Idle animation and jump like wtf

the only way to fix this i have to Reconnect to the game but Alt-F4 or turn of WiFi and let the game "Attempt To Reconnect" please help, this bug disables me from using Jinx to play.
