Revitalize Liss bug

Revitalize is supposed to work on Lissandra and on all self healing abilities but it doesnt work on her.. Ive tried it on practice tool and it her ult heals her from 600- 740 Hp regardless of revitalize.. Ive tried it without revitalize heals the same amount as if she had it! Fix please

Works fine for me. Revitalize tooltip also display the amount it healed you.
