Revitalize is supposed to work on Lissandra and on all self healing abilities but it doesnt work on her.. Ive tried it on practice tool and it her ult heals her from 600- 740 Hp regardless of revitalize.. Ive tried it without revitalize heals the same amount as if she had it! Fix please

Thats really Odd.. Because Ive extensively tried it and it doesnt make a difference... Ill try it today again but it is concerning because especially under 40%hp there should be a notable dofference! Anyways thanks for your feedback Ill try it again today
