[CRASH] Game won't load after champion select

Once champion select ends game won't load, the dark blue LoL icon doesn't pop up and I get the error shown above. I've selected Yes on both occasions (on following questions) and it was something to do about troubleshooting (don't remember exactly and not willing to lose more points to double check) Then nothing occurs after this. Unfortunately, the game still continues on without me and I end up being getting the remake penalty. This has happened twice already and I've lost 32 points in Masters which is really frustrating. Is it possible to get these points back? Help out a homie trying to get Grandmasters please and thanks.
