yi broken in snowdown

destroyed a team with a yi while playing fiddle until he made me his go to target, when he ulted to prevent being slowed I'd hit him with silence and terror but the "cannot be slowed" message would come up and he'd freely alpha strike away completely immune to the cc placed on him, turned the whole team fight on it's head and a game that my team fairly won was instead lost.
