Tristana is making me crash?

Ok so i thought my league was just broken because 2 games in a row as tristan i could not connect to the game for 30 minutes, but then this morning after attempting to see if it was fixed. Unfortunately i still ended up joining 2 minutes late as Azir but atlas i was connected. I thought it was at least better than not connecting at all, so i decided to go into norms and try playing Tristana again and i can't connect to this one either.

Now i do doubt it is actually Tristana causing this although she is the only champ that has NOT connected at all where as most other champs just join 2-5 minutes late, this has been happening for 3 days now and it makes it impossible for me to Jungle because i join late.

I have not been able to join a game on time for 3 days and it is getting really annoying there is no reason for me not to be able to connect my internet is perfectly fine and there is nothing blocking League. AND NOW I HAVE LEAVER BUSTER IT IS A LOAD OF SHIT THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE WHY DO I HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE 20 MINUTES OF WAITING THATS 40 MINUTES AT MINIMUM TO GET IN AND OUT OF A GAME I WILL LOSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS WHY IS YOUR SYSTEM SO BROKEN.
