Possible fix for loading errors since patch 9.21

I know I'm not the only one who's had problems with loading the game since patch 9.21 so I figured I'd make a post to help others.

I realized that my computer hadn't properly updated to Windows 10. The way I solved it was by opening the settings on my computer, going to the update and security section, and clicking "check for updates". For some reason my computer hadn't properly updated to Windows 10 and when I did (I also uninstalled and reinstalled LoL) League has been working again.
