[CLIENT] When I load into the game, I can't see healthbars or level up abilities

I was playing an Ivern game and when I loaded into the game, it was almost as if the whole game didn't load. When I close out my client and reload, it fixes the issue. I know this has been known to happen on kindred and MF as well so I don't think it is specific to Ivern. The healthbars don't load, I can't level up abilites, and some other stuff was missing too but I can't remember exactly what it was.
