Creating New rune isnt creating a new rune. (BUG)

I press on the creat a new rune and press a rune i want and it bugs out and just trows me back to the rune page... So basicly its not letting me creat a new rune. I have 1 created but i need at least 2. I tryed going on my 2 acc and it worked just fine. I am not sure why this is happening but i realy need help and is there anyone who had the same prob and fixed it or has a idea of how to fix this prob. Thanks <3
