Disconnected in rank game, tried to rejoin but ending up in league client where i can still join q

I was playing a rank game solo/duo and as soon as i went back to lane i was disconnected. My internet was fine, I left the game to rejoin the game but then i was brought back to client. I restarted my client multiple times but that was useless, I then joined a queue to see if i can still play and i ended up getting in champ select and ending up playing the game. I don't know what happened to the one were i disconnected and i'm a bit worried. Any help?
