kaisa champ selection bug

I have owned kaisa for afew days now and have been unable to select her in champion select. people in my games can play her but i cannot. I have played 1 practice tool game as her and didnt finish the game though.

I notice the sections in champ select say "champs played most often in the previous patch for this role" is that why kaisa wont show up cuz she wasnt in the last patch?
