If a target dies before Caitlin's ult fires the bullet isn't is supposed to go on like a 5 second cooldown?

VayneThatsWho2 votesIf you are channeling it when they die then, Yes. If you actually fire off the shot and they die before your bullet reaches them then it goes on regular cool down.
