Stuck at Base Pad

I got into a game as . It took longer then normal. Allot longer, but game loaded.. Everyone left the Base pad, but I couldn't.. So I though ha I'll TP out of base.. It worked but as soon as I got to the tower.. My Champion auto walked back to the pad.. I couldn't click him to move where I wanted him to. He just kept going tell he got back to the base. I tried to move out again. No good I was stuck in there.. Then one of the players said to just log out. So I closed the game. I got back into the game and Moved out, but I go reported for going afk again. Hello RIOT where you at. Are you targeting me just because I've been giving you some smack on here for you poor job. Another AFK Lost game cause of you. I'm sorry, but I never had this.. This is totally a new one to me and heard about. Never seen anyone stuck at base.
