Losing HP on the spawn platform for no reason

I was wondering how I lost a duel against Fiora and why she was super aggressive when I came back to lane (I had 2 more kills than her). She easily killed me.

Upon looking at the replay, I noticed that I when I backed and was standing on the spawn platform, deciding which item to get, I was losing a lot of HP for no reason.

When I was actually playing the game, I my HP looked like it was full! Or at least I thought at the time. Can't remember. Anyway I guess Fiora saw I wasn't full and went all in. I lost the lane after that thanks to this bug....­...

seems to happen when I was selling back what I bought.

This isn't a bug atleast as far as I've noticed you always seem to go back to the hp you were at when you bought an item if you undo your purchase. It's annoying but I think it's the game's way of setting back time or something. If you undo a purchase you just have to wait a bit longer to heal back up.
