20 Minute Queue for No reason

I just finished a game, that I had a bad connection to. 1 game. I took a few minutes to connect and I still finished the game. then Riot tells me I have a 20min leave buster. I am not really that patient. Also, I did nothing to deserve this. please remove it. or do something. 1 game, I did not disconnect, just connected late and I get a 20 mins queue for 5 games
