TICKET #37965466 this is my ticket. It has been over half a week and i still have not had a response. Does anyone know if this is a bug with this system? I have posted 2 tickets and have yet to get a response. Only from the blitzcrank bot. I have clicked the request a human button within an hour of submitting the ticked on December 4th, 2018 at 2 am MT and still no response.

Holy hell man, chill out. My ticket took a while too. I'm pretty sure they get thousands of tickets a day maybe more maybe less.
