[More like NON]Gameplay Bug

So, I was loading up a game of League, y'know, how ya do. For some reason, though, I don't load up for quite some time. I had about 900 gold when I finally came online, only to discover that I could not move. Eventually I could, to my relief-- except...not, because I could not leave the Platform. It was as if the starting barriers were there, just invisible. Just my luck, I brought teleport! [ we were all mid and 3 of us had TP for whatever reason ]

So I hop on over to a friendly little ward by dragon. Turns out I could do nothing but cast spells. Essentially I'm a sitting duck, and I get my butt handed to me by Xin Zhao who just happens upon a succulent Level 1 Lux sitting in the pit all alone.

I did find out that she can move! So long as it is to place a ward (or put Lucent Singularity in an area). Whenever I try to move (right-click), Lux she heads back to base, where she is stuck once again behind the invisibarriers. I can't even send her to attack minions. She just sits there, dumbfounded at the notion.

For obvious reasons we lost that match.

I was already in Low-Priority Queue, so I didn't want to leave and reconnect because I would have certainly renewed my 20-minute-a-Queue contract with the demon that is my intense boredom. Don't know what caused it but I wish I could have recorded it.
