Kass W bug @Riot
Just playing a normal as Kassadin, and realized that the active portion wasn't giving me mana returns on hitting minions. I'm not sure if champions gave mana or not, but if they did, it wasn't a noticable amount.

I can't seem to replicate the bug :/ Can you rewatch the replay and look at the mana refund amounts? Should be 4% missing mana for minions and 20% for hitting champs with W.
